Wellness disclaimer — Mind First
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Mind First supports reflection and general wellness. It is a morning and evening check-in, and it can block selected apps until you finish that check-in.
Mind First is not therapy. It is not a therapist, a physician, or a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anxiety, depression, ADHD, or any other condition. It does not provide mental-health treatment.
The check-in is not for crisis. Do not use Mind First as a substitute for professional care or emergency help.
If you are thinking about suicide, or you may be in danger:
- In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 if you need immediate help.
- Outside the United States, contact your local emergency number, or find a local line at https://findahelpline.com.
